The Kilarc Foundation is a non-profit Corporation to channel hydropower profits into projects to benefit anadromous fish primarily Salmonids.  The Kilarc Foundation will have as its board a local mixture of people interested in helping the Fish and the community.  The initial focus of this Foundation is the Kilarc Project near Whitmore, California.

It is hoped and expected that this Foundation will receive profits from the Kilarc Projects and serve all the anadromous Salmonid fish of the Upper Sacramento and other areas as funding dictates well.  The Foundation and its projects are best described in Appendix 1 to the Current Kilarc Project Summary.
